Registration Confirmation Process
Upon registration for the APAA Council Meeting please be advise the following process will occur:
For all online registrations, an automatic email will be generated and sent after the form has been completed to acknowledge your information has been received. In approximate 7 working days, a further email confirmation will be sent confirming registration and payment. If your registration is not paid, you will receive a not paid reminder.
For all hard copy registrations received, an email (if email address is provided) confirmation will be sent confirming registration and payment. If your registration is not paid, you will receive a not paid reminder.

- Accommodation provided at Oaks Embassy Adelaide is not subject to application of the GST. A tax invoice will therefore not be issued by Oaks Embassy Adelaide and Oaks Horizon Adelaide. However, a non tax invoice/receipt will be issued.

Official Hotel
The five-star Stamford Plaza Adelaide is ideally situated in the heart of the city on Adelaide's key cultural boulevard, North Terrace. Our excellent location is just a 3 minute stroll to the Adelaide Convention Centre, Festival Centre and boutique shopping. Stamford Plaza Adelaide is known for its traditional style accommodation and service. Its contemporary spacious guest rooms offer panoramic city and park views.
All Attendees booking at Stamford Plaza Adelaide will receive 1 complimentary drink voucher on arrival.
Deposit
Rooms are being held by the Conference Managers on behalf of the Attendees until 15 October 2007. All hotel accommodation bookings must be accompanied by payment for a minimum of one night in order to secure a reservation. The Conference Managers will accept accommodation deposits up until 15 October 2007 and will settle the deposit with the hotel. Attendees must settle the balance of their account with the hotel concerned on check-out.
Late bookings can be made through the Conference Managers after 15 October 2007 but are subject to availability. Credit card details are required to secure late reservations. One night’s room rate will be deducted from the supplied card, by the hotel, if the reservation is cancelled or the delegate fails to arrive on the specified date.
How to Book Accommodation
To book, complete the Online Registration Form and then the Conference Managers will forward your contact details, reservation and deposit or credit card details to the hotel of your choice.
Arrival Time
Many international flights arrive in Adelaide in the early morning. Hotel check-in time is usually 1500 hours. If you are to arrive in Adelaide before this time it is probable that you will not be able to gain access to your room until 1500 hours. To guarantee a room to be available for an early arrival you will need to pre-register and pay for your room for the previous night. If required, please indicate this on your Registration Form.
You may wish to consider entering Australia through another of the normal entry points, such as Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin or Perth, and then travel to Adelaide via the domestic airline network to avoid such an early arrival, perhaps after spending some time in those cities.
Change of Booking
Any change to a reservation must be notified to the Conference Managers and not directly to the hotel. Please note that any changes should be made to the Conference Managers by 30 October 2007. Cancellations must be made in writing.
Late Arrivals
Please indicate on your accommodation Registration Form, or notify the Conference Managers in writing, if you will arrive at your hotel after 1800 hours. Failure to do so may mean that your room will be released.
Accommodation Refunds
The deposit is non-refundable at 15 October 2007 and will be forfeited if you do not arrive on the date for which you have booked. Cancellations must be made in writing
